Dr. Whitlock is an experienced educator with 25+ years of service as a teacher, Title I Director, High Ability Director, Assistant Principal, and Principal. She was a teacher and administrator at Cloverdale Community Schools, Loogootee Community Schools, and Eminence Community Schools. She recently retired as  Chief Operations Officer for Standard For Success.

Dianna has conducted research on the Impact of Preschool Services in Areas of Rural Poverty, which has been presented at various professional conferences for school administrators.   In addition, she led a research team on a study entitled The State of Teacher Evaluation in Indiana, which was presented to the Indiana General Assembly.  A lifelong learner and graduate of both Indiana State University and Oakland City University in Indiana, Dianna enjoys helping others grow professionally.  Dr. Whitlock’s latest publication, Teacher Evaluation as a Growth Process, is based upon her teacher evaluation research and focuses on creating a feedback rich culture in schools.

In her retirement she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and continuing to be a lifelong learner.  

Todd was one of the co-founders and the CEO of Standard For Success before it was sold to Education Advanced, Inc. He was at North Daviess Community Schools for 17 years. He has served as a classroom teacher and the Technology, Curriculum, and Testing Coordinator. He holds a building level and superintendent’s license as well. Todd was recognized as the TechPoint 2012 Bridge Builder Award Recipient and the 2008 winner for contributions to K-12 education and was recognized as a National School Board Association (NSBA) “20 to Watch” school leader. Along with co-foundng Standard For Success he also was the founding member of Edtechzone. In retirement Todd enjoys traveling, golfing, fishing, and spending time with family.
